Where is my order?

All orders will be processed within 24-72 hours from the date of order. We strive to ensure your order is shipped with the fastest and most reliable carrier available based on your location.

Please note that orders are processed Monday to Friday, and we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

How long does it take to get my order?

The typical delivery time is 5-10 business days; however, you may receive your items even sooner. Every order is shipped with a tracking number, so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.

Please note: While we aim to provide timely deliveries, occasionally, shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service issues.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number for you to follow the progress and track your order all the way. You can track your order from our tracking shared with you.

When will tracking be updated?

The tracking of your parcel can take a couple of days to be updated once the order is shipped.

Tracking says delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?

If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check in common alternative spots like your porch, mailbox, with your neighbors, or in the leasing office (if applicable). Sometimes packages are left in unexpected locations.

Occasionally, mail carriers mark packages as “delivered” before they’ve actually been dropped off. Please allow 2 business days for the package to arrive if it was marked delivered but is missing.

If you still haven’t received it, please email us at support@trycelluvia.com, and we’ll investigate the issue according to our policy.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please note that a $10 processing and handling fee will be deducted from the total refund for cancellations. After the 24-hour window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours, kindly email us at support@trycelluvia.com, and we will assist you with the cancellation process.

What is your exchange policy?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@trycelluvia.com with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement. Please note that we don’t offer exchanges for used products due to hygiene reasons.

What is your return or refund policy?

We accept returns for unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the personal nature of our Cellulite Relief Kit, we can’t accept used items. If you're not seeing results, we’re happy to help—just provide proof of consistent daily use over 30 days, and we’ll review your request.
